DESCRIPTION：

 

The SCT2A00 is an asynchronous buck converter with wide input voltage ranging from 5.5V to 100V which accommodates a variety of step-down applications, making it ideal for automotive, industry, and lighting applications. The SCT2A00 integrates an 975mΩ highside MOSFET and has 1.3A peak output current limit to support high peak current application.
The SCT2A00, adopting the constant-on time (COT) mode control with integrated loop compensation greatly simplifies the converter off-chip configuration. 
The SCT2A00 features Pulse Frequency Modulation (PFM) mode at light load with typical 49uA low quiescent current, which enables the converter to achieve the high-power efficiency during light-load or no-load conditions. 
The SCT2A00 provides cycle-by-cycle current limit, thermal shutdown protection, output over-voltage protection and input voltage under-voltage protection. The device is available in an SOT23-6L package.
