Intelligent Cockpit/ADAS Domain Application Solutions
Domain controllers are the products with the highest demand for power in new energy vehicles. Currently, SCT’s power solutions can meet approximately 80% of customer power application requirements. Vehicle Power Domain Solutions
SCT provides complete solutions for auxiliary power sources in the vehicle power domain. The newly launched SCT81620/1Q boost/SEPIC/flyback controllers offer superior performance as domestic alternatives, helping users address issues such as EMI and overcurrent protection in existing products.
Automotive-grade Power Management Chips
Currently, the chips in the solutions that have been mass-produced have received AEC-Q100 certification.
AEC-Q100 testing is used to prevent potential faults or conditions that may arise in products. Each chip is rigorously confirmed for quality and reliability, ensuring that the manufacturer’s product datasheets, usage goals, and function descriptions align with the initial requirements and that performance remains consistent during continuous use.
Compared to the first generation, SCT’s second-generation buck converters, SCT2434Q/SCT2464Q, are smaller and more efficient. They use second-generation ultra-low static power ULQ technology to achieve 80% efficiency at a 1mA load, with light-load efficiency at internationally advanced levels. Multiple technologies, such as multi-step gate drive and switching without ringing, combine to provide exceptional EMI handling. Several patented technologies address pain points in automotive applications, such as light-load inductor noise and overvoltage during mode switching.

The SCT714xxQ series of low-static automotive-grade LDO products have a static working current as low as 2.4µA. These products integrate comprehensive overcurrent, over-temperature, and short-circuit protection functions to ensure the LDO does not get damaged under extreme conditions.
